BROOKS PILATES POLICIES

  • In case of a “no show,” you will be charged the full class price.
  • Cancellation policy: Please cancel group classes 12 hours in advance; private session, 24 hours in advance.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable. Both the group and private intro package are valid for 1 month after date of purchase. 
  • All packages have 3 months expiration. 
  • Monthly memberships are valid for one month from DOP.
  • Please refrain for using phone during class.
  • Grip socks required, we sell in studio if you need.
